I’m a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer with over 11 years experience designing things that should move when they’re supposed to (also: designing things that don’t move when they ain’t supposed to).
Recent work projects are varied and include airbag detonating equipment, off-gas purifying systems, equipment for distilling and recycling mercury, and rotary kilns large and small. I work for a small company that designs and manufactures all of our projects in Delta, BC permitting me to be a central part of the entire design and fabrication process.
While I’ve always dabbled in programming, I’ve recently started to take a more structured approach to better my skills and document my projects.
When not working I can be found doing archery, cycling or hiking around Vancouver’s North Shore.
